Trauma-Informed Youth Support Worker - Residential Care

Paragon Social Care in County Durham is seeking a Children's Support Worker to provide practical and emotional support to children and young people in residential homes and community packages. You will be a positive role model, helping them feel safe, supported and encouraged while promoting independence.
