Trauma-Informed Youth Support Worker - Flexible Shifts

Paragon Social Care in the UK is seeking passionate Support Workers to help vulnerable children in care. You will provide compassionate, trauma-informed care, build positive relationships, support education and daily routines, and advocate for each young person's voice.

Applicants should have a full UK driver's licence with own car, an enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one), and be flexible with waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins. Training and clear progression await.
