Trauma-Informed Youth Practitioner (Residential & Outreach)

Dorset Council is seeking a Youth Practitioner to provide therapeutic, trauma-informed support for young people in residential and outreach settings in Weymouth. You will help build resilience, independence and positive relationships, working evenings, weekends and sleep-ins as part of a dedicated team.

The role blends care within The Harbour/College House and community outreach, with a focus on safeguarding, education support and family involvement.
