Trauma-Informed Youth Care Team Leader

The Orchard Care Group in Co. Cavan is inviting applications for a Team Leader within our Residential Care division.

You will work with the Centre Management Team to oversee day-to-day operations and provide direct support to children and young people who have experienced trauma. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, promote a positive culture aligned with our Vision, Mission and Values, and contribute to planning and progression through Placement Plan objectives.
