Job Description
The Ministry of Justice is seeking a Workplace Wellbeing Co-ordinator to lead the establishment's Staff Wellbeing Plan, delivering preventive and responsive wellbeing interventions.
You will coordinate peer support programmes, ensure quality governance, collect data and report against national frameworks, while building strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance staff morale and psychological safety.
