Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Services Team Manager

Breathe Trust Connect - City Wide Service is seeking a Team Manager to lead specialist therapeutic support for birth parents affected by child loss through adoption, pregnant care experienced young people, and connecting children to important people from their past in foster care. The role oversees a skilled team delivering formulation-led practice in a BtC framework.

You will supervise social workers and practitioners, ensure high standards of practice, and work with partner agencies to
