Job Description
PACT's Alana House in Reading is seeking an Assistant Key Worker to support women facing multiple disadvantages. The role sits within our Women's Community Project and aims to create a welcoming, safe space where clients can access practical support and learn through a range of learning opportunities in a trauma informed environment.
You will respond to phone calls, greet visitors, help coordinate events, liaise with professionals and partner agencies, support clients along holistic recovery
