Trauma-Informed Staff Wellbeing Lead (Psychotherapist)

South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Principal Psychological Therapist to lead a fixed term 12 month staff wellbeing initiative focusing on staff affected by racially motivated abuse and violence.

The post involves developing a trauma informed response pathway, working with multidisciplinary teams, and coordinating with the Global Majority Staff Network, reporting to the Trust Head of Psychology & Psychotherapies.
