Trauma-Informed Relief Support Worker (Evenings & Nights)

Oasis Community Housing in Gateshead and Sunderland seeks Relief Support Workers to provide day-time cover and occasional evenings and night shifts. You will join a team in a supportive, trauma-informed environment helping people experiencing homelessness move toward safer, healthier futures.

Work in Psychologically Informed Environments, build trusting relationships, assess needs, and coordinate holistic support.
