Job Description
The Priory Group is recruiting a Registered Manager for The Lighthouse, a 5-bedded residential home in Stroud, Gloucestershire. The role is full-time, site-based, 37.5 hours per week, and salary is £50,000 per year.
You will lead operations, ensure safeguarding and Ofsted readiness, and drive a trauma-informed, therapeutic culture for young people aged 13-18. Level 5 Diploma (or working towards) is required, with a proven residential childcare management background.
