Trauma-Informed Pupil Engagement Coach

Milk Education is seeking Pupil Engagement Coaches to work in partner specialist schools with a trauma-informed, relationship-based approach. You will support pupils with emotional regulation, attendance, and behaviour across primary-style nurture or formal pathways.

Hours are 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday. A DBS with Update Service or willingness to obtain one is required, along with two references. This is a permanent opportunity within a school-focused, supportive environment.
