Job Description
Paragon Social Care is seeking compassionate support workers in Newcastle upon Tyne to provide trauma-informed care and foster independence among young people. You will build positive relationships, prepare meals, advocate for youth, and support their activities.
The role requires experience working with children, a full UK driving license, and flexibility to work various shifts. We offer competitive pay rates ranging from £17.50 to £24.00 per hour PAYE along with numerous development opportunities and benefits.
