Trauma Informed Learning Support Assistant for SEMH

Forest School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide targeted, high quality support to two pupils with EHCPs, enabling them to access the curriculum and develop literacy and numeracy skills while thriving socially and emotionally within the classroom.

The role requires a proactive, nurturing, trauma informed approach with a strong understanding of SEMH needs and inclusive practice, and a commitment to safeguarding and child welfare throughout the school environment.
