Trauma-Informed Learning Support - EBSA Outreach

Gsl-Education seeks an Outreach Learning Support Assistant in Tiptree to support secondary pupils facing Emotional Based School Avoidance. This role involves building safe relationships, delivering trauma-informed interventions, and collaborating with educators and parents.

The position offers a supportive environment and opportunities for professional development. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. A competitive salary of £90 - £130 per day is offered.
