Trauma-Informed Housing Support Coordinator

Places for People in Wellingborough is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to work across our housing schemes, delivering support and intensive housing management to vulnerable customers. You will work closely with customers to provide welfare/benefit guidance and ensure safe, sustainable accommodation.

You will handle a small caseload, coordinate with colleagues and external agencies, and carry out risk assessments. An enhanced DBS check is required to join our committed team.
