Trauma-Informed Deputy Manager, Youth Residential Care

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a Deputy Manager for a residential service in the South East region (Clonmel). The role involves leading staff, ensuring safe, trauma-informed care for young people aged 15-17, and maintaining compliance with care standards.

The ideal candidate will have CORU registration, a Level 8 degree in a related field, and at least three years' post-qualification experience in residential child care, with leadership experience. Ireland working rights are essential.
