Trauma-Informed Crisis Support Worker (Youth 11-17)

Paragon Social Care is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join a specialist team in Peterborough/Cambridgeshire. You will work 12-hour shifts, days/nights, supporting young people aged 11-17 with complex emotional and mental health needs on a long-term solo placement.

Responsibilities include building trust, promoting independence, and coordinating with CAMHS and social services. A full UK driving license and flexibility are preferred for this rewarding role.
