Job Description
Phoenix Futures is seeking a Counsellor for Ophelia House in Yarnton, a trauma-responsive women's residential service. You will provide 1-to-1 counselling and group work, complete assessments, and help create care plans within a multidisciplinary team.
Accredited counsellor with CBT experience will manage a caseload, collaborate with partners, and apply evidence-based practice to support residents on their recovery journey.
