Job Description
Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust is inviting applications for a senior Trauma Lead Practitioner - T&O Nurse Practitioner. The role combines strategic clinical leadership with advanced practice across emergency, inpatient, theatre and outpatient settings.
You will lead nurse practitioner teams, deliver service development and governance, and work with multidisciplinary colleagues to drive improvements in patient care and waiting times.
