Your tasks: Lead and supervise three teams of about 35 and apprentices. Work extended hours (03:00-00:30), from Monday to Saturday. Ensure optimal efficiency, integrating economic and ecological challenges. Analyze, propose, and implement continuous improvements. Ensure quality management and ensure compliance with internal guidelines. Evaluate staff and conduct recruitment, follow-up, and reorientation interviews. What you bring: Engaged, structured, and flexible professional, with clear processes, transparency, and adherence to rules. Proven experience in team leadership validated by continuous improvement. Ability to conduct follow-up and reorientation interviews. Very good knowledge of French and German orally (or Swiss German). Proficient in a system X and Office tools (SAP is an advantage).
