Transport Transformation Lead

Gist is seeking a Transport Change Manager to lead and embed transformational change across our central transport operations. You will shape and deliver transport transformation plans, align with strategy, secure buy-in from senior leaders and ensure change is represented across programmes.

Reporting to the Senior Transport Change Manager, you will drive the adoption of new processes and systems, manage time, scope, budget, risks and stakeholder communications, and collaborate with
