Transport Supervisor

We are looking for a Transport Supervisor to join us at Bathroom Distribution Group - Featherstone!

Monday-Friday 1:30PM-8:00PM (32.5 hours)

Bathroom Distribution Group is made up of Frontline and Smiths Briten, both being leading distributors of bathroom and plumbing products across the UK.

Frontline Bathrooms Ltd have been supplying businesses throughout the UK for the last 25yrs+ with quality bathroom fittings sourced from various countries around the world.

With our Head Office and warehouse based in Featherstone, West Yorkshire, all Frontline Bathrooms products are available through a national network of bathroom showrooms and plumbers merchants, from large national chains to smaller independent outlets.

We're looking for a motivated and organised Transport Supervisor to lead a team of drivers, manage vehicle operations, and maintain a smooth-running transport function.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating and overseeing transport operations, ensuring accurate that get to our customers on time
• Supporting, monitoring and communicating with drivers to keep things running efficiently
• Carrying out and recording vehicle safety and maintenance checks in line with company and legal standards
• Maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external contacts across the supply chain
• Supporting the team out in the yard to ensure they work in partnership with drivers
• Managing health and safety practices to ensure a safe and tidy working environment
• Ensuring branch policies and compliance standards are met
