Transport Shift Manager: Lead Teams, Drive Performance

Gist Limited in Portbury, Bristol, is seeking an experienced Transport Shift Manager to lead a busy transport operation on a Sunday-Thursday night shift (6pm-2:30am). You will develop the team, manage recruitment and performance, and drive safe, efficient operations across the shift.

You will report to the Transport Operations Manager and shape performance by focusing on KPIs, collaboration, and a proactive safety culture within a fast-paced FMCG distribution setting.
