Are you a Driver Transport Shift Manager or Transport Supervisor looking to advance your career?

Working alongside fellow Team Managers and reporting to the Transport Manager, you will manage and develop a team of drivers, ensuring customer requirements are met fully, on time, and safely.

• Previous experience as a Team Manager or Key Operative with team management, coaching, and mentoring experience
• Knowledge of Tachograph and WTD regulations
• Proficiency in SAP, specifically the ERP module
• Understanding of Health, Safety, Environment, and Food Safety Legislation / BRC standards
• Experience with Driver telematics systems

• Manage a distribution team, overseeing all people management activities to drive performance and motivation. Our team includes around 35 Class 1 and 92 Class 2 Drivers across 51 routes.
• Ensure compliance with transport operator and driver regulations, including Warburtons Distribution Manual, to maintain legal transport operations.
• Lead a team of distribution drivers to meet performance targets and uphold high customer service standards.
• Work on a 5 over 7 rota, approximately 42 hours per week.

Our Enfield Bakery and Distribution site is one of Europe's largest bakeries, with five operating plants and around 500 colleagues working various shifts. We celebrate diversity, with 40 nationalities working together, and uphold our One Team values. Our site operates 24/7, 363 days a year.

Located in Brimsdown, North London, near the M25 and accessible via Tottenham Hale station.
