Are you a Transport Planning Coordinator looking for a Mon-Fri days role with real responsibility, in a permanent position? Do you have strong knowledge of driver and vehicle legislation and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly?

This is a secure, permanent position with a well-established site-based employer where you'll be trusted to help run the day-to-day planning function and support the wider team. You'll be given training where development needs are identified, alongside a clear, visible role within the transport operation.

You'll be joining a business that values high standards, efficiency, and doing things the right way-giving you the chance to make an impact through better planning, improved utilisation, and strong compliance. Working from the Lincoln site, you will oversee daily transport planning activity, aligning vehicle and driver resources with production and despatch schedules across multiple sites, using systems such as Qargo and Transporeon.

This role suits a candidate motivated by success through stepping into responsibility and improving performance in a busy transport planning environment.

The Role:

• Support the Transport Planning Manager and oversee daily transport planning operations
• Plan driver and vehicle resources across multiple sites to maximise utilisation and efficiency
• Monday to Friday, days (site-based role in Lincoln)

The Person:

• Strong knowledge of driver and vehicle legislation / compliance
• Good Excel skills with high attention to detail
• Confident supporting/leading a team in a transport or logistics planning environment
