Transport Manager

As Transport Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the transport function, leading a traffic office team and overseeing 25-30 drivers.

You will play a key part in strengthening operational discipline, improving communication, and driving service performance across the depot.

• Lead, coach, and develop the traffic office team
• Oversee daily collections, deliveries, route adherence, and driver allocation.
• Maintain operational discipline and ensure compliance across the fleet.
• Manage driver performance, behaviour, and accountability.
• Work closely with pallet networks
• Resolve issues quickly and make confident operational decisions.
• Drive improvements across processes, standards, and overall operational culture.

• Strong operational background in pallet networks
• Proven leadership in a traffic office or transport management environment.
