Job Title: Transport Logistics Assistant

Contract: Full-time + Peak season weekend work

Location: Office Centric in Putney, London

In-office policy: 3 days per week, depending on the time of year

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £27,500

Department: Operations - Transport

Reporting to: Transport Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised Operations Assistant to join our operations team and work on all aspects of transport for our package holidays. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless planning and delivery of all passenger transport across all brands.

This is a highly rewarding role with strong opportunities for progression within the company.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, tech-savvy, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working with the Transport Manager and wider operations team, support in the booking, administration and delivery of coaches, ferries, Le Shuttle, and all supporting elements.
  • Working with the Transport Manager and wider operations team, support in the booking, administration and delivery of all airport transfers and all supporting elements.
  • Working with the Transport Manager and wider operations team, support in the booking, administration and delivery of all flights.
  • System administration on our sales and organisation platforms.
  • Time overseas in our ski resort(s), assisting in transport delivery alongside existing resort managers. 1-2 weeks per winter season.
Skills & Attributes Essential
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and able to learn new tools quickly.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure during peak periods.
  • A team player who takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain working relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers.
Desirable
  • Previous experience in logistics or operations.
  • Experience in the snowports industry, preferably in student snowports.
  • French speaker.
