As Transparency Reporting Specialist within our Global Transparency Team, you'll coordinate the execution and delivery of complete, accurate, and timely transparency reporting for Russia, Poland, and Israel. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

  • Execute timely and accurate transparency disclosure for Russia, Poland, and Israel, including methodological notes and consent management
  • Perform quality reviews on transparency data, coordinate remediation, and resolve data gaps
  • Manage resolution of transparency-related questions, complaints, or disputes from healthcare professionals and organizations
  • Monitor EFPIA and national transparency regulations, acting upon regulatory changes
  • Chair periodic meetings with country leadership teams on national transparency matters
  • Support utilization of global systems and execute appropriate process and system controls
  • Identify risks and data gaps, proposing actions for improvement and informing management
  • Contribute to the development of a global transparency core operating model

About you

Experience:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in producing analytics from large datasets (regulatory, pharmacovigilance, finance etc.)
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes generating transfers of value to healthcare professionals and organizations

Soft and technical skills:

  • Strong critical thinking
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required

Languages:

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Czech is advantage
