Transition Manager - SaaS platform, Data Migration - this is a long-term contract opportunity for an experienced Transition Manager to join our Zurich based client in the Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible to manage and deliver a replatforming of a client-facing SaaS platform.

Your tasks:

• Develop and maintain a detailed transition plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Develop project plan beyond replatforming and first client migration and manage dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, platform, product, customer support, sales etc.) to ensure alignment.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and clients on transition status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure infrastructure readiness and compatibility

Your experience/knowledge:

• Previous experience managing SaaS platform transitions and large-scale client migrations
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and budget
• Familiarity with SaaS architecture, data migration, and customer success best practices
• Language skills: English
