Transformational Lead, PCN Operations & HR

This is a new post working across four practices in Selby Town PCN.
Working for Selby Prime Care Ltd but contracted with Selby Town PCN, thepost holder will support & line manage staff & coordinate resources to enablethe PCN to fulfil requirements of the PCN DES & other projects. This willinvolve high level HR functions, liaison & communications with the PCNBoard, submitting reports, attending board meetings & taking minutes.
The post holder will collaborate closely with Clinical& Transformational leads to understand current service models, identifychallenges & agree how these can be met within available resources.

The coreobjective of the role is to support the PCN staff to deliver ongoingimprovement to services & to function as a link with theICB/multi-neighbourhood provider.
The postholder will collaborate with the Clinical Director and the leadership team withinthe PCN to ensure effective management of staff & resources.
Job responsibilitiesMonitor and manage implementation of project workagainst relevant bid requirements and provide timely reports to funding bodiesas required.
Co-ordinate and provide reports on PCN-widecontracting and quality work.
Workclosely with the PCN Clinical Director to oversee the recruitment and retentionof staff employed by the PCN and those employed on PCN projects.
Responsibilityfor direct line management of employed staff as required
Ensurethat all PCN staff have access to appropriate IT equipment for their role.
Contributeto the development of the PCN website, oversee the content, ensuringconsistency with messages presented on individual practice websites.
