We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Transformation Director to lead enterprise-wide change across our Facilities Management portfolio. This is a pivotal Executive role responsible for shaping and delivering a multi-year transformation strategy across operations, digital enablement, culture, and service innovation. The successful candidate will also lead Internal Communications, ensuring clear and engaging messaging that supports organisational change and strengthens employee engagement across multi-site contracts.

Thisisafull-timepermanentposition,MondaytoFriday,onahybrid-workpattern,40hoursperweek.

BS7858 vetting will be required.
