Transformation & Change Lead - Sustainable Infrastructure

Severn Trent Water is seeking a driven Change & Transformation Professional based at our Head Office in Coventry. The role focuses on delivering large transformation programmes, building robust business cases, and guiding stakeholder engagement to ensure sustainable adoption of change.

You will work within the Property Strategy and Standards team, 37 hours per week. You'll lead projects from initiation to implementation, manage risks and benefits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
