Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management & Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of transfer pricing engagements, including policy design, implementation, compliance management, and audit defense.

  • Analysis & Documentation: Conduct functional analysis interviews, undertake economic analyses, and oversee the review of comprehensive transfer pricing documentation using cutting-edge tax tech solutions.

  • Controversy & Dispute Resolution: Support clients through complex controversy matters, including regulatory interventions, APAs, and MAP processes.

  • Operational Strategy: Partner with client finance and tax teams to solve operational transfer pricing challenges and align global policies with day-to-day business operations.

  • Global Network Collaboration: Work seamlessly with international teams across a global network on multi-jurisdictional tax advisory projects.

  • Business Development: Assist senior leadership with identifying new business opportunities, preparing client proposals, and contributing to practice growth.

  • People Leadership: Mentor, guide, and support the career progression of junior team members.

Key Skills & Experience Required
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging transfer pricing frameworks (OECD guidelines, EU, IRS regulations, etc.) and their practical business implications.

  • Client & Project Management: Proven experience managing client relationships, project timelines, budgets, and team workflows.

  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a flair for translating complex tax concepts into clear, actionable commercial advice.

  • Economic Analysis: Hands-on familiarity with economic analysis databases and benchmarking tools.

  • Financial Services Exposure (Advantageous): Prior experience dealing with financial transactions across banking, funds, or insurance sectors.

  • Dispute Resolution (Advantageous): Practical experience handling APA or MAP negotiations and dispute resolution matters.
