Take a leading role in scaling and monetising a high-growth Transaction Services function

This is an opportunity to step into a high-growth Transaction Services function with established M&A deal flow, but clear headroom to build a more commercially driven, origination-led offering.

You'll join a well-established corporate finance platform where Transaction Services is already performing strongly, and play a key role in expanding its revenue-generating capability.

What you'll be doing
  • Originate and lead TS engagements across buy-side and sell-side mandates
  • Develop relationships with PE houses, corporates and intermediaries
  • Convert internal M&A opportunities into TS revenue
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the TS function
  • Support the development and expansion of the team
What you'll bring
  • Proven Transaction Services background at Director or Partner level
  • Demonstrable origination capability, not just delivery experience
  • Strong network across PE, corporates or advisory firms
  • Track record of contributing to revenue growth
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on building client relationships
