Our client is an industry leader in Transaction Services and it is a cornerstone of their business. They understand the importance of this work across their business in helping customers focus on key questions during the critical stages of planning and executing a deal.

Our client is looking for a Transaction Service Manager to undertake a vital role in creating and enhancing the value of their customer's experience. As a Transaction Service Manager, you will be part of a collaborative environment where your voice and views will have a direct impact on the customer's agenda.

As a Transaction Services Manager, you will;

1. Draw on your experience in financial due diligence to work with a variety of clients or sector-specific clients.
2. Use your analytical skills to interpret data and develop solutions for clients.
3. Manage costs, reporting, monitor recovery rates against budget, and handle invoicing.
4. Deliver complete work streams from start to finish, adding value through collaboration with other business areas, becoming a trusted advisor and a key contact for clients on a day-to-day basis.
5. Produce financial analyses and review team work to ensure quality.

As a Transaction Services Manager, you should;

1. Have experience managing upwards and reviewing output to ensure quality.
2. Possess a strong academic background with a financial qualification such as ACA or equivalent.
3. Be capable of leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams with adaptability.
4. Identify implications of due diligence findings, formulate recommendations, and provide technical expertise to clients.
5. Manage multiple stakeholders' needs simultaneously.
6. Be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
7. Lead and inspire junior team members.
