Transaction Services Director/Associate Director

In Transaction Services, you will support a range of clients by providing due diligence services to support them through acquisitions, sale processes and capital markets transactions, delivering successful transaction outcomes through data driven insights and commercial acumen.

A Director/Associate Director is required to independently develop and grow the Transaction Services business within Corporate Finance, as well as develop team members.

You will be comfortable working proactively, managing your own tasks, collaborating with others, and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors and partners to help businesses effectively.

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent), or relevant work experience.
• Experience of working within a corporate finance department.
• Previous management experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
• For those involved in Capital Markets transactions, a thorough knowledge of the relevant legislation.
