This position will be responsible for managing real estate transactions across EMEA, ensuring that the real estate portfolio is aligned with the Client's overall strategy. Skills & Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft excel, financial metrics and Power Point Strong attention to detail is essential Excellent verbal and communication skills Ability to interface with the diverse range of roles Bachelors/ Masters degree in Real Estate/ preferably RICS qualified Oversee, manage and drive transactions to completion Manage portfolio critical dates Liaise with internal teams and external brokers to provide full service to the Client including overseeing communication, reporting and documentation from JLL local office to ensure high quality service standards Set and achieve Client objectives in line with MSA KPIs Ensure reports are delivered on time and meet client objectives Contribute to projecting fee income via annual fee forecasting/ managing potential fee pipeline Advise on portfolio optimization solutions Support senior team members on delivering complex transactions Location: On-site -London, GBRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
