Transaction Advisor - London

Support and lead transaction advisory mandates from London. Work across buy-side and sell-side processes for European CRE assets, with direct involvement in diligence coordination and deal execution.

• Minimum 6 years in CRE transactions, investment banking, or advisory
• Experience managing diligence streams and counterparty processes
• Understanding of European cross-border transaction dynamics
• Strong analytical skills and attention to commercial detail

• Run transaction processes from mandate framing through closing
• Coordinate legal, technical, and financial diligence workstreams
• Prepare and review transaction materials and commercial analyses
• Support senior advisors on complex multi-jurisdiction mandates
