Training Specialist - Housing Management System (Contract)

Location: London (hybrid/onsite as required)

Duration: 6 months

Working Pattern: Part time - 2-3 days only per week.

Mostly on site in East London.

About the Role

We are working with a housing association that is implementing a new Housing Management Platform and are seeking an experienced Training & UAT Specialist to support the successful rollout of the system.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver a training programme for a new housing management system (Rubixx)
• Create clear, engaging training materials (guides, walkthroughs, session content, etc.) and deliver them to stakeholders in a combination of classroom, workshop and virtual training sessions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand system functionality and user needs
• Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario development and feedback capture
• Evangelise the system to stakeholders to ensure that the new system to used properly

Key Experiences

• Experience delivering training across multiple functions and user groups
• Experience with housing management systems such as Rubixx, Civica, NEC, MIS or Aareon
• Hands-on experience supporting or participating in UAT
• A structured, pragmatic approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills
