Training Officer - QA

• You will manage and continuously improve the training program to ensure site-wide compliance and staff capability:
• Design and maintain the training matrix and role-based curricula.
• Deliver GMP induction and refresher training; coordinate technical and procedural training.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready training records.
• Conduct competency assessments and track training compliance.
• Support audits, inspections, and CAPA-related remedial training.
• Champion a positive quality and compliance culture across the site.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Life Sciences, Quality, HR/L&D, or related discipline (desirable).
• Experience in training, QA, or quality systems within a GMP manufacturing environment is essential.
• Working knowledge of GMP principles, MHRA expectations, and quality management systems (QMS).
• Familiarity with regulatory inspection processes is an advantage.
