The Job Role

The Training Manager at Conrad Dublin will champion the Guest Experience by leading our Forbes culture.

Delivery of our Best In Class (as awarded by the IHF) Onboarding experience for new Team Members.

Support the Heads of Department in achieving all Hilton mandated trainings and administrating our Hilton University platform.

Work with HRD and HR Exec to maintain and elevate our outstanding culture.

The ideal candidate should

Have Forbes Travel Guide operational experience in a Luxury Hotel.

Have an authentic passion for hospitality and an eagerness to make Guests' stays perfect.

Possess excellent communication & organisational skills.

A degree in Hospitality Management - to truly partner with the operations, it is essential to have strong practical experience.
