Job Description

This is a fantastic role for an enthusiastic Training Co-Ordinator which offers a diverse range of responsibilities and the opportunity to progress in what is a rapidly expanding organisation.

Responsibilities

Some of your duties will include:

  • Working with the HR team and Line Managers to co-ordinate training activities for staff across the Company
  • Assessing the training needs for new and existing employees and arranging appropriate courses
  • Maintaining and updating accurate employee training and HR records on the computer system
  • Organising training schedules, venues and equipment for team of internal training specialists
  • Arranging and booking courses as required by line Managers and informing employees
  • Sourcing external training programmes to meet employee specific needs when necessary
