Head of the TEM Center at Verdeil is a private institution of public utility, recognized by the General Directorate of Education of the Canton of Vaud (DGEO). It offers tailored learning opportunities for children and adolescents with special needs. With over 500 students, it includes six schools, five TEM centers (transition school-career), a mobile service, and a temporary reception unit. Verdeil is looking for a Head of the TEM Center. Location: CF TEM X Vevey - classes for young people aged 16 to 18. Employment rate: 80%. Start date: August 1st. Your mission: You will ensure the proper functioning of the structure both pedagogically and functionally and promote its integration into the social and economic environment. You will organize and coordinate all activities among the different TEM locations (classes) and various stakeholders. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 18. Required: Master's degree in special education or education or equivalent qualification (Bachelor's in TS or MSP), proven experience in team management, demonstrated experience in project management, knowledge related to disabilities, a CAS in autism.
