Training & Safety Excellence Manager

ICTS Ireland Limited is seeking a Training Account Manager to drive induction and ongoing training across a multi-site security team. You will inspire our officers, develop high-performing teams, and foster a culture of safety and excellence.

Working with the Cluster Account Manager and Client Management Team, you will coordinate sessions, maintain the training matrix, and ensure ISO compliance while delivering impactful, people-focused programmes that improve performance.
