Job Description
A regional fire service in the United Kingdom is seeking a Group Manager for Training & Development. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of training programmes, ensuring alignment with operational needs and legal standards. Responsibilities include fostering a supportive culture, overseeing quality assurance, and promoting health and safety. Candidates must currently serve as a Station Manager or Group Manager within a UK Fire and Rescue Service. Competitive salary of £59,476 plus a 10% flexible working bonus.
