Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, and technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, we empower you to shape a brighter way forward so you can thrive professionally and personally.Training and Administration CoordinatorADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORTProvide comprehensive administrative support to the onsite Facilities Management teamMaintain and organize JLL central files, information, data, reports, and documentationUse and maintain online task systems, ensuring accurate data entry and system administrationSupport facilities management team in scheduling and covering key rolesAssist in financial processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial management requirementsTRAINING & DEVELOPMENTSchedule and deliver training on client site-specific procedures, preparing materials and equipment as neededCreate, adjust, and delete training specifications and curriculumManage SMS training system including adding, deleting, scheduling, and completing trainings with JLL site teamComplete on-the-job training with staff members and maintain training trackersCoordinate with supervisors across all areas to complete scheduled trainings and anticipate future requirementsHEALTH & SAFETYSupport maintenance of health and safety log books and documentationMaintain full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and agents; report faulty equipment immediatelyFollow emergency prevention and operational controls, coordinating daily and weekly schedulesFollow established escalation and incident reporting proceduresCOMPLIANCE & OPERATIONSMaintain comprehensive knowledge of all JLL operational areasAssist in reviewing, maintaining, and building Standard Operating Procedure manualsEnsure compliance with all JLL policies, procedures, and standard practicesAchieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targetsSTAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENTDevelop close working relationships with key client stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facility vendorsEnsure prompt resolution of customer complaints, escalating to line management as requiredProvide monthly reporting including trackers, audits, inspections, and health and safety metricsGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESSupport audit completion and regular management reportsCarry out other reasonable tasks as directed by managementKEY REQUIREMENTSExcellent communication skills for interaction with all organizational levels and client colleaguesStrong organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks and duties effectivelyIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements below.
