Training Advisor: Drive JGW+ Success & Youth Careers

Coleg Sir Gâr is hiring a Training Advisor to support Jobs Growth Wales Plus within Work Based Learning. You will manage a caseload of 35-45 learners, assist with recruitment, inductions and targets, and monitor progress, attendance and programme requirements.

You will build strong employer links, arrange work placements and communicate learner progress regularly. The role involves ensuring wellbeing and safeguarding, plus administrative duties using the college systems.
