Job Description

The post holder is responsible for the booking and organisation of all training and development solutions for casual workers. It is a vital role and involves regular contact with all operational areas and support service departments especially eLearning, Recruitment, Resource Planning, Finance and Human Resources.

What you will be doing
  • Provide an administrative service for all training sessions including creating and maintaining standardised pre-training information, sending out joining instructions, ensuring maximum attendance, and booking venues and hotels.
  • Coordinate and oversee the full onboarding and training process for new workers, ensuring all required training is complete and progress is accurately monitored.
  • Process and log all post course documentation for all training courses.
  • Keep an up to date and accurate record of each qualification undertaken for all the casual workforces.
  • Data analysis and reporting on training course data and statistics.
  • Maintain casual worker files including training records and inform resource planning and operations departments of newly trained workers.
  • To act as the first point of contact for all training related enquiries and activities as required and provide administrative support to other departments.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to maintain high training standards.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the post, as directed by the Training Team Leader, Training Manager or Showsec Senior Management.

  • Maths GCSE or equivalent (C or above )
  • Right to work in the UK
  • English GCSE or equivalent (C or above )
