We are currently recruiting for a Training Administrator on behalf of our client, a global leader in food manufacturing.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support training compliance and development across multiple sites within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job DescriptionAs a Training Administrator, you will play a key role in managing training systems, maintaining accurate records, and supporting training plans to ensure compliance with company standards and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and update Learning Management Systems (LMS), including SuccessFactors
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready training records and documentation
- Analyse training data and produce reports to identify gaps and priorities
- Support the development and implementation of site training plans
- Liaise with managers and external training providers
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements
- Support audits and address training-related non-compliance
- Assist with continuous improvement and digital training initiatives
- Previous experience in an administrative or training support role
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience supporting audits or compliance processes
- Based in Whittlesey
- Travel to Wombourne required, once a month with an overnight stop. Also possible trips to Scarborough for training. Fully expensed.
