Its objective is twofold: to strengthen employability and to support integration into the job market for FLE / Office automation CDI, %Are you a holder of FSEA 1 in adult education? Do you have at least 3 years of experience in adult education with and/or young adults? Do you apply andragogical methods and are recognized for your ability to adapt to each individual's level? DEMARCHE is looking for several FLE / Office automation professionals for its DFC - Démarche Conseil entity on a mission basis. In this position, your mission will be to train groups of young adults and adults, including migrants or seniors, as part of various integration measures. The goal is to strengthen skills in French (FLE), in and/or Office automation (Office suite) to prepare beneficiaries to enter a professional environment (AFP or CFC), develop autonomy in essential tools for job searches, and promote socio-professional integration. Thus, you will adapt content to individual levels and differentiated objectives, lead collective and individual sessions, and ensure regular follow-up in collaboration with integration counselors and job coaches. Main tasks include planning and structuring courses according to defined objectives, defining content and andragogical steps by choosing suitable teaching methods for learning, creating course materials for sessions, adjusting the progression of the course based on the rhythms and individual levels of participants, regulating group work, evaluating the process based on defined andragogical objectives, identifying obstacles encountered during the action and correcting detected areas for improvement, and informing integration counselors about the participant's progress and difficulties encountered.
